Fish Fajitas are So Good...

Hello folks,

Today for lunch I was indecisive about whether to have Mexican food or fish sandwich. I absolutely love and was craving both, so it was hard to decide. I thought the best way to compromise was to try to combine them. To my surprise, it was actually delicious!

I found this incredibly scrumptious yet quick recipe on how to make Fish Fajitas that I'd like to share with you. The best way to describe it is a fish sandwich Mexican-stlye. Who'd ever thought these two will go together?
Here is ther recipe:
  • 2 frozen fish sticks

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons tartar sauce

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste) paprika

  • 1 soft tortilla wrap

  • 1 lettuce leaf

  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion

  • 4 fresh capers, optional
1. Cook the frozen fish sticks according to the package directions.

2. In a small bowl, mis together the tartar sauce, lime juice, and paprika.

3. Lay out the tortilla wrap flat on a plate. Place the lettuce leaf on the wrap, add the cooked fish sticks, and spread the dressing on top. Sprinkle the onion on top, along with the capers, if desired. Fold the wrap in half and serve.

This meal was so quick and easy and yummy! Feel free to comment.

Enjoy!!

xoxo
